As the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and its far-reaching implications continue to unfold globally and in our community, it's normal for people to experience stress, anxiety and depression.
It is crucial to look after each other’s well-being during these times.
Hence, the Department of Physical Education invites you to start your week with a Stress Management session with CYCLIC MEDITATION on 7th June 2021 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm under the guidance of  Yoga Instructor Ms. Sudipta Sil
