  • Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna

    Shiv Nadar and the University of Bologna have an agreement to promote education and scientific cooperation and create mobility and exchange programmes for teachers, researchers, and students. The agreement includes Exchange of students, Exchange of Ph.D. students, exchange of academic staff, and organization of seminars, symposia, and conferences on themes of common interests.

    The University of Bologna is considered to be the oldest university in the Western world, established in 1088 AD. Its history is intertwined with that of the great names of science and literature, it is a keystone and a point of reference for European culture.   • China University of Petroleum, East China, Qingdao

    SNU and China University of Petroleum have signed an agreement covering the following aspects:

    • Teaching: joint projects development, joint programme development (at Bachelor, Master, PhD and Professional Master level) and development of vocational training courses for teachers and other categories
    • Exchange of academic staff
    • Exchange of students
    • Research: identification and development of research initiatives and projects of mutual interest; exchange of researchers on a bilateral basis with mutual access to research facilities; promotion of joint publications as well as dissemination and exploitation of research results
    • Design of innovative and experimental projects in fields of mutual interest
    • Organization of seminars, symposia and conferences on themes of common interest

     

    About China University of Petroleum

    China University of Petroleum (UPC) is a national key university directly affiliated to the Ministry of Education and a member of the “211 Project” and “985 project” innovation platform for well-established disciplines” universities. In 2017, it has been listed among the national plan of double first-class construction. It is co-constructed by Ministry of Education, five leading petroleum and petrochemical companies (CNPC, SINOPEC, CNOOC, CHINA SHENHUA and YANCHANG PETROLEUM,) and Shandong Province. Honored as “the cradle of Petroleum talents”, UPC is an important base of high-level talents education for petroleum and petrochemical industry and has already developed into a multi-disciplinary and well-rounded university focusing on petroleum and engineering.

  • Deakin University, Australia

    SNU and Deakin University have an agreement to facilitate:

    • Sharing of information relevant to potential collaborative research and development projects to facilitate an understanding of each party’s expertise, capabilities and requirements.
    • Collaborative research and development projects in the areas of Business and Law, but not limited to these areas only.
    • Joint PhD Supervision such as in-country programs or Joint PhD Programs.
    • Staff and Student Exchange including Reciprocal PhD Student Mobility programs.
    • Collaborative Basic and Applied Research, including Joint Project Development and Grant Applications.
    • Joint Publications.
    • Training in postgraduate research and industrial research.
    • Other activities that further enhance the mutual interests of the parties.

  • EPF Graduate School of Engineering, France

    With the aim of fostering cooperation between Graduate School of Engineering,

    EPF Ecole d'ingénieurs, Sceaux and Shiv Nadar and the University have agreed to exchange information and explore opportunities of student mobility in the field of Engineering. Moreover, the institutions will explore other avenues of coopera6tion and collaboration as and when desired.

    SNU and Heidelberg University have agreed to cooperate for the exchange of students and/or staff under the Erasmus+ programme funded by the European Union. Both the institutions are committed to respect the quality requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education in all aspects related to the organisation and management of the mobility, in particular the recognition of the credits awarded to students by the partner institution.

    Shiv Nadar University and Mondragon University have an agreement to promote education and scientific cooperation and create mobility and exchange programs for teachers, administrative staff, and students. Other areas of cooperation include industry exchange and short programs

    About Mondragon University

    This university is right for students who aim to develop their skills through the wide range of offers for professionals. Nowadays, the University offers 33 university degrees and master's degrees, 19 of them are dual.

    Mondragon University also collaborates with Bizkaia Talent, the associative project of the Foral Government of Biscay to promote research, creation, innovation and knowledge in the historical territory of Biscay.

  • National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan

    SNU and YunTech have an agreement to develop academic and cultural interchange in education and research. The scope of agreement includes student and faculty exchange, short-term academic programmes, staff development projects and joint research.

    About National Yunlin University of Science & Technology

    Founded in 1991, the National Yunlin University of Science and Technology (YunTech) has become a university paradigm for other technological universities nationwide under the leadership of the former presidents and Dr Yang Neng-Shu. YunTech is a flagship technological university with five colleges, the College of Engineering, College of Management, College of Design, College of Humanities and Applied Sciences and College of Future. These four colleges account for 22 undergraduate, 26 masters and 13 doctoral programs. The student population is approximately 10,000, 68 per cent of whom are undergraduates and 32 per cent post-graduates. Among the distinguished faculty of the university, over 90 per cent hold doctoral degrees and 98 per cent have reached the position of assistant professor or above. More than 70 per cent of the faculty has significant experience in industrial sectors and 50 per cent received their doctoral degrees from renowned universities in Europe, the United States and elsewhere.
