The Board of Management (BOM) is the principle executive body of Shiv Nadar (Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University) which supervises and controls the affairs of the institution; regulates and determines all matters concerning the Institution; in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and By-Laws of the Shiv Nadar IOE. The BOM considers and approves the budget of the Institution, which is presented to it by the Finance Committee of the institution; takes decisions related to starting new schools, programs, sanctioned intake of the students, and matters of admission, fee and scholarship policies of the Institution. It also decides on institutes’ special scholarships, fellowships, bursaries, medals, rewards and distinguishes academic awards to be conferred by the Institution. The BOM is empowered to approve matters pertaining to establishing new Schools, Colleges, and Centers in the Institution.
