Overview
Our comprehensive undergraduate program offers a strong foundation in the core areas of chemical engineering: Fluid Mechanics, Chemical Reaction Engineering, Thermodynamics, Separation Processes, Heat and Mass Transfer, Process Control, Process Engineering Design, and Process Safety. In addition to rigorous coursework, students are encouraged to explore emerging interdisciplinary themes such as sustainability, nanotechnology, and the application of artificial intelligence in chemical engineering. These perspectives are integrated into both the curriculum and research opportunities, ensuring that students are prepared for the evolving demands of the field.
Through the university's Opportunity for Undergraduate Research (OUR) program, students can engage in hands-on research early in their academic journey. This experience deepens subject understanding, sparks intellectual curiosity, and cultivates innovation through real-world exploration.
