“Understanding the State of Women Inmates in Correctional Centers of India: Welfare and Rehabilitation” , coauthored by Ghosh (Chaudhuri) R., (IGNOU), & Cindi Smatt, (University of North Georgia) at the 28th International Academy Business Disciplines (IABD, 2016), at Vegas, Nevada, USA, from 31st March – 2nd April, 2016, in the Ethics and Social Issues Sustainability track and session,   chaired by Prof. K. Jones, Clark Atlanta University and Prof. Gregory Robbins, Southern Connecticut State University.


“Empirical Study of Stressors on Commitments of Non-managerial Employees in Japanese Organizations, co-authored by Sakikawa, Takashi ( Niigata University, Japan) at the  29th Annual Conference of Association Japanese Business Studies ( AJBS, 2016),  with the  annual conference of Academy of International Business (AIB), held at New Orleans, USA from 25th to 26th June,2016.
