“Dr Priyanka Grover, Dept. of Mathematics has been conferred with the prestigious Associateship and has become an Associate of the Indian Academy of Sciences”
The Associate's programme was initiated in 1983 to recognize talented young scientists working in India and encourage them to get involved in the activities of IASc and engage them in interactions with the Indian Science community. Nominations are by the fellows of the academy and quality of work is the sole criteria for selection with an emphasis on the proven record of independent research work. The term of associateship is 3 years.
