The Career Development Center at the university serves as a vital link between academia and industry, aiming to facilitate a smooth transition from campus to corporate life.

The Career Development Center at the university plays a crucial role by providing dedicated support for personal and professional growth, helping students enhance their employability through workshops, mentorship, and industry engagements.  The initiatives taken by the Career Development Center include in-house training, one-on-one coaching, bridging modules, and assistance with internships and entry-level job opportunities.

Career Advisors collaborate with individual students to weave together the elements of employability development, recognizing the diverse backgrounds of our students as part of the industry readiness program. The Career Development Centre initiates interventions as early as the first semester to support students throughout their academic journey. This includes administering psychometric tests to identify individual strengths, weaknesses, and aptitudes, as well as conducting assessments across all four years. Students also benefit from various workshops aimed at enhancing employability skills. Finally, the Center provides last-mile support, offering organization-specific insights to prepare students for successful career placements.
