Stress Relieving Meditation Workshop

It is undeniably agreed that the pandemic and the lockdown has drastically increased our digital screen time. Not to forget, the present online mode of education is making us feel stressful and restless. Due to this, some of us are suffering from various eye ailments (eye muscle pain, weak vision), sleep disorders and emotional disturbances. Considering that most of us are facing such concerns, the Department of Physical Education is planning to conduct an entire dedicated one day meditation session - TRATAKA ( a guided candle meditation) on 7th February (Sunday), 2021 in the Student Activity Centre (ISC). Trataka is a technique that will help to strengthen eye muscle, improve eyesight, develop sound sleep and maintain emotional balance. If you're interested in a relaxed sunday Trataka session, fill the google form attached below latest by 4th February (Thursday), 5 p.m.

Due to Covid19 norms and protocols, only 10 people are allowed per session. Based upon the responses, multiple sessions will be conducted on 7th February (Sunday), 2021 and the details of the same will be circulated at the earliest. It is also ensured that all Covid19 protocols (social distancing, sanitization) are strictly followed.
