As part of its 10-year celebrations, Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR invites you for an open lecture by Mr. Amitabh Kant, CEO - NITI Aayog, Government of India on 30 November, 2021.

Mr. Amitabh Kant is credited as the driving force behind several key and award-winning initiatives, such as 'Make in India', 'Startup India' and 'Incredible India', that have been very impactful, and he succeeded in positioning India at the forefront in these respective areas. In addition to his role at NITI Aayog, Mr. Amitabh Kant is also the Chairman of the committee to implement digital payments in India. He is also a Member of the Steering Board, World Economic Forum (WEF), for 'Shaping the Future of Production Systems.

In a career spanning four decades, Mr. Amitabh Kant has held several eminent policy-making positions, both at a national and international level. He has received widespread acclaim, at distinguished forums, for his pioneering work in governance and is listed as one of the World's 50 Most Influential People Revolutionizing Governance, by Apolitical, a global government learning platform.

Mr. Kant is also a Chevening Scholar and recipient of SIR EDMUND Hillary Fellowship awarded by the Prime Minister of New Zealand. He is the author of two books viz. Branding India: An Incredible Story (2009) and incredible India 20 Synergies of Growth and Governance (2019). He has also edited The Path Ahead: Transformative Ideas for India (2018).
