Cross Campus Run

The 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference, more commonly referred to as COP27, will be the 27th United Nations Climate Change conference, to be held from 6 to 18 November 2022, in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. To spread more awareness about the same, we have partnered with Walk2COP27, an initiative of Change Drivers, a registered UK charity, whose purpose is to bring together people from different countries, governments, and cities, companies, and NGO to mass participation and engagement centered around a virtual Journey from Glasgow to Sharm El-Sheikh.

In this event, Shiv Nadar Institute of Eminence is organizing Cross Campus Run, happening on 25th September 2022, at 07:00 pm open for all.

How can we contribute?

We request you all to sign up as individuals to the atlasGO App and then join the Shiv Nadar Team group. Participant progress will be tracked on the platform atlasGO, trees will be planted by the Jane Goodall Institute for kilometers traveled, and team and individual leader boards will be published at the end of each stage.

The atlasGO platform enables Participants to post pictures of their achievements into the feed for the entire community to see, check on individual/ team and total community progress, and chat within teams.

We at SNIoE encourage students, faculty, and staff to download the altasGo app and count the kilometers during that run, which will help us to spread awareness related to climate change and develop a sense of solidarity amongst ourself. After downloading the app, when asked for a team please find and join “Shiv Nadar University”.

How to download the App?

Please join on atlasGO for Walk2COP27: walk (or run, cycle or travel in a wheelchair) and have trees planted in the process, listen to great climate content, be heard, and make valuable connections in the run-up to COP27.

3. The reporting time for participants will be 06:30 pm in front of the Indoor sports complex.
