Job Description:
- Build and nurture relationships with corporates; understand their hiring requirements and expectations from the students.
- Generate employment opportunities for students & alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
- Liaison with the team and support for successful placements campaigns, industry connect, and other related activities.
- Counsel, prepare & enhance the hiring potential of students, new graduates, and alumni into the job market.
- Understand student’s aspirations and assist them in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job referrals.
- Coordinate with faculty members with regards to mentoring and preparing the students for employment.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Graduate with exceptional communication skills
- 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Prior experience of Corporate Relations within the University / Higher Education Institution.
- Must have handled the placements for Engineering Students.
- Clear understanding of students’ placement domain
- Excellent communication skills & well versed with MS-Office.
- Flair of research and learn new things
- Should be ready to Travel.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Should have the capability to take ownership of the placement process and deliver results.
