Job Description:

  1. Build and nurture relationships with corporates; understand their hiring requirements and expectations from the students.
  2. Generate employment opportunities for students & alumni by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
  3. Liaison with the team and support for successful placements campaigns, industry connect, and other related activities.
  4. Counsel, prepare & enhance the hiring potential of students, new graduates, and alumni into the job market.
  5. Understand student’s aspirations and assist them in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job referrals.
  6. Coordinate with faculty members with regards to mentoring and preparing the students for employment.

 

Required Qualification and Skills:

  1. Graduate with exceptional communication skills
  2. 5-10 years of experience in the relevant field.
  3. Prior experience of Corporate Relations within the University / Higher Education Institution.
  4. Must have handled the placements for Engineering Students.
  5. Clear understanding of students’ placement domain
  6. Excellent communication skills & well versed with MS-Office.
  7. Flair of research and learn new things
  8. Should be ready to Travel.
  9. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  10. Should have the capability to take ownership of the placement process and deliver results.
