Overview

The Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) program prepares a selected cohort of students for a career in business management with a strong foundation of specialized knowledge, experiential learning, and opportunities for early global exposure. With an emphasis on learning through practice, the students will develop the breadth of knowledge, skills, and capabilities to respond proactively and creatively to contemporary business issues and challenges.

The curriculum focuses on skill development through theory, practical internships, and specific company missions. The emphasis is on creativity, project management, and entrepreneurship-essential skills in response to future economic challenges. The program also encourages an associative approach, with social and humanitarian initiatives-supporting projects that develop the commitment and openness of future global citizens.

Experiential Learning

Get real-world, hands-on experience with experiential learning process. We encourage “learning by doing”, and by reflecting on the experience, students develop new skills, new attitudes, or new ways of thinking. The University offers integrated experiential learning throughout the program so that the students graduate better prepared for the real world with business-ready skills.

Multidisciplinary Curriculum

The University goes beyond the traditional boundaries of disciplines and departments to allow students to combine multiple academic interests in alignment with their educational and professional goals. Our multidisciplinary curriculum—encompassing both specialized core courses and elective courses—adds value to the learning process by offering students to explore different areas of study, research, and practice.

Two Internships

The program focuses on nurturing contextually-relevant, socially-conscious managers and leaders with a foundation of world-class education. The BMS program has a unique concept of two internships in its management curriculum in the social sector and corporate sector. The purpose is to encourage community engagement and sustainable business practices.
