UGC Recognition
The Shiv Nadar University was established by an act of state legislature of UP under the Shiv Nadar University Act 2011 (Act no. 12 of 2011), subsumed by the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act 2019. Additionally, Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR is approved under the Section 2F of the UGC (University Grants Commission) Act and duly accredited with grade ‘A’ by the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) a subsidiary body of the UGC.
