Dr. Sweta Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, Delhi-NCR, India. She worked as a Research Scientist at the Unstructured Data Storage Lab, Huawei Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., from January 2021 to April 2023. Prior to joining Huawei, she worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Israel, under the supervision of Prof. Hagit Attiya. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India. Her current research interests include Blockchain, Parallel and Concurrent Programming, Distributed Computing, Software Transaction Memory Systems, and Applications of AI/ML in Systems. She has published multiple research papers in renowned international conferences and journals, and her research contributions have received recognition from pioneering researchers, including a Best Student Paper Award and Best Poster Awards.
