Dr. Archit Somani is working as an Assistant Professor at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi. Prior to that, he worked as a Product Research Architect at HARMAN International's Automotive team in Bangalore, India. Before that, he worked as a Research Scientist at Huawei R&D's Storage team in Bangalore. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Hyderabad, India.
His research interests span Parallel and Concurrent Data Structures, High-Performance Computing, Distributed Systems, and Blockchains. He has been honored with the "Best Student Paper Award" at SSS'18 and "Best Poster Awards" at NETYS'18 and ICDCN'19 International Conferences. His research contributions include publications in prestigious conferences like PODC, SSS, NETYS, and journals.
