Creating a Safe and Inclusive Campus: Anti-Ragging Day and Week at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence
In line with the UGC directive, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence is committed to fostering a safe and inclusive campus environment. To further this commitment, we will be observing Anti-Ragging Day on August 12 and Anti-Ragging Week from August 12-18, 2024.
The primary goal of these observances is to promote positive interactions between seniors and juniors while ensuring a ragging-free campus. To raise awareness, banners and posters will be prominently displayed throughout the campus during the week.
The week-long series of events will kick off with an orientation session, where the importance of maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment will be highlighted. The activities will culminate in a powerful street play performance, aiming to engage the community and emphasize the message of zero tolerance towards ragging.
We encourage every member of our campus community to actively participate in these events and support our ongoing efforts to create a safe and welcoming environment for all.
