Overview

The Bioenergy and Biomaterials specialisation aims to prepare undergraduate students to address global challenges in sustainability, waste valorization,and renewable energy. This interdisciplinary track integrates principles of chemical engineering with alternate fuels, environmental science, and materials engineering to develop innovative solutions for circular economy and green energy. As part of the specialization, students will be required to complete the following electives in the respective semesters

1. Industrial Pollution & Waste Management
2. Waste to Biomaterials
3. Biomass Conversion to Bioenergy
4. Microreactor Technology for Biofuel Production
