Nano-electronics
The Nanoelectronics group focuses on areas related to the modeling of semiconductor devices. Their impact on circuits, modeling of VLSI on-chip interconnects atomistic simulation of nanoscale devices, reliability-aware VLSI design, VLSI memory design, optimized high-speed devices for high-voltage (H.V.) and low-voltage (LV) operations, optomechanical sensing and related technologies, thin film materials synthesis and their compatibility with MEMS, fabrication, and characterization of Perovskite solar cells, organic solar cells and flexible electronics, optoelectronic devices for terahertz applications, etc. The faculty members and research scholars in this area are working on the fabrication, simulation, and analytical modeling of problems related to these areas.
