Non-Linear Optics Lab

The non-linear optics laboratory work towards development and applications of novel organic and inorganic materials for optical telecommunication, optical information processing and optical data storage. A wide of variety of crystal growth and optical, as well as other physical characterization techniques would be used for investigation of these materials (Image from web source).

 The activities of the group include:

• optical memories
• integrated electro-optics and non-linear magneto-optics
• organic light-emitting diodes and field-effect transistors
• Terahertz devices
• development of solid-state laser sources by using optical techniques
