My research sits at the intersection of Science, Technology, and International Relations. I study global nuclear technology politics, the dynamics of scientific knowledge circulation, and technological capability building in the context of the Global South. My ongoing research on the politics of radiation protection explores the evolution of radiation safety standards, the diplomatic mediation of scientific controversies, and the emergence of global nuclear safety regimes. Concurrently, I also look at the norms of cooperation in various new and emerging technologies, and the bureaucratic politics of military and technological innovation. I will consider supervising PhD projects in:
- Global Nuclear Politics,
- Science Diplomacy & Security Studies,
- Military and Technological Innovation
- Defence Modernisation
