About the Conference

The conference "Cellular and Molecular Mechanisms of Development and Regeneration" is an upcoming international event scheduled to take place from February 15 to 18, 2024. It will be hosted by the Department of Life Sciences at Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence, Delhi-NCR. The primary objective of this conference is to gather experts who explore fundamental biological questions related to development, regeneration, and tissue repair, employing a comprehensive approach involving whole animals or organ "systems." The aim is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and research findings pertaining to recent advancements in this field, focusing on the conference theme.

Following the conference, there will be a workshop on "Non-model Organisms and Their Significance in Regeneration Biology," taking place from February 19 to 20, 2024. This workshop provides a valuable opportunity for undergraduate and Ph.D. students, as well as university educators, to familiarize themselves with popular invertebrate model organisms. Additionally, the event offers a platform for students and postdoctoral researchers to present their work and engage in networking opportunities during breakout sessions with leading experts in the field.
