8th International Day of Yoga
Celebrated every year on 21 June, the International Day of Yoga trains the spotlight on the health benefits of practicing yoga in everyday life. Like every other year, the Department of Physical Education is commemorating the 8th International Day of Yoga 2022 by hosting a 3-day Wellness Program, from 19-21 June for the University community. We strongly encourage all of you to participate in these day-long sessions, and rejuvenate, refresh and recharge your mind while keeping all of life’s stresses away.
Venue: Indoor Sports Complex (ISC), Central Hall
Day 1 (19 June) : Workshop on work-life balance for modern academicians through yoga, 6:00pm- 7:00pm
Day 2 (20 June) : 108 Surya Namaskar challenge, 6:00pm- 7:00pm
Day 3 (21 June) : Common Yoga Protocol, 6:30am onwards
Participation certificates will be given to all attendants
