Col (Dr) D. Lakshmana Kumar is a distinguished Infantry officer in the Indian Army and a research scholar with over 25 years of operational experience. His doctoral research focuses on the 1962 Sino-Indian conflict and broader Indo-Pacific strategic affairs.
