Job Description 

Job Responsibilities:


Set up a structured process for marketing operations.

Be directly responsible for implementation of the outreach calendar with a cap on minimum number of attendees for info sessions, fortnightly outreach and counseling sessions.

Manage the inbound leads from web, walk-ins, brochure downloads etc and optimize the lead age for effective conversion into applicants.

Monitor and optimize a team of tele-counselors/program advisors for communication of program deliverables to the relevant leads and facilitate movement of leads from inquiry stage to in-progress stage to final completed applications.

Ensure conversion of leads into applicants, from database acquired through multiple external sources like Dun & Bradstreet, etc.

Conduct the selection process pan India over multiple cycles and take complete responsibility of all logistics and faculty coordination.

Be responsible for 80% or higher offer acceptance.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams viz. program office, accounts etc for completion of documentation and fee payment formalities of admitted candidates.

Plan, control and coordinate the logistical needs for outreach - travel and stay, collaterals, brochures and venue booking etc and coordinate with the speakers/faculty concerned.

Conduct & coordinate campus tours whenever required for interested candidates.

Be responsible for conducting international outreach programs.

All other activities wrt marketing outreach and selection process as deemed necessary by the Head Marketing/Director SEEPD.
