Job Description 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Building Thought Leadership for key stakeholders –Vice-Chancellor, Faculty as well as creating a narrative for policy.
  • Representing communications team in key cross-functional discussions and decisions on regulatory matters
  • Taking the lead on any crisis-related issue and ensuring our SoV in media and across social media platforms
  • Partnering with global and regional communications, policy and research teams to build policy communication strategies, and proactive education and awareness campaigns
  • Influencing policy maker’s/opinion leaders through in-depth quantitative and qualitative research and white papers authored by SNU Faculty
  • Follower of contemporary media particularly Digital/ Social. Keen knowledge of social media and various tools and engagement forums
  • Ability and sense of responsibility to own all communication channels for the University in various formats: Print, Digital, Video, Audio, etc.
  • Ability to manage conversations about the University on social media/ blogs/ bulletin boards.
  • Address queries with maturity and responsibility in real-time

Qualification: Graduate/MBA Preferred

Experience: Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience
