Shiv Nadar University, Delhi NCR is pleased to introduce a new module of the Young Thinkers Forum on Bio-diversity & Sustainability called the Young Environmentalist Program.
We will conduct this weekend module on 1-3 July 2022 on the sprawling 286-acre campus, which recently won the ACE Award for Circular Campus from International Council for Circular Economy for sustainability and is also a biodiversity hotspot, preserving the flora and fauna unique to the region.
Our specially curated program will introduce you to the distinct elements which are important for sustainable living. We will also introduce you to concepts which you can implement as an individual and initiatives which larger organizations can undertake to reduce their ecological footprint.
You will learn the importance of biodiversity for a healthy environment through interactions with experts, explore the local flora and fauna on campus, which play a vital role in preserving native plant species and visit our Thematic Botanic Gardens with many interesting trails and learn how to grow your own micro-greens. There’s so much on offer for young environmentalists at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi NCR and we look forward to your participation in this program.
