Experience Range (Yrs.)

Min 3-5 Years of coaching experience preferably at State or National camps, reputed Table Tennis academies, University, college or school teams

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in physical education / Sports Science or related field
  • Professional coaching certification (NIS Diploma / ITTF Level 1 or above)
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching competitive players (school / college / state level)
  • Strong knowledge of table tennis techniques, tactics, and training methods
  • Effective communication skills (English and Hindi)

Desired Qualification

  1. Higher-level coaching certification (ITTF Level 2/3, NIS specialization in TT)
  2. Playing experience at state / national level
  3. Prior experience in university / high-performance sports programs
  4. Familiarity with sports science support (conditioning, psychology, injury management)
  5. Ability to use technology for performance analysis and athlete tracking
  6. Experience in organizing tournaments, workshops, and outreach events

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Plan and deliver structured training sessions for players across levels (beginner to advanced)
  2. Identify, nurture, and prepare student-athletes for inter-university, national and international competitions
  3. Monitor athlete progress, provide feedback, and maintain performance records
  4. Conduct fitness and tactical development sessions, integrating injury prevention practices
  5. Collaborate with sports science, physiotherapy, and academic teams for athlete well-being
  6. Promote table tennis within the campus through events, workshops, and recreational programs
  7. Manage facilities and equipment, coordinating with the sports department for upkeep
  8. Instill discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship in all student-athletes
