Project Assistant in Department of Life Sciences

Applications are invited for the post of Project Assistant in an ANRF-funded research project, under the supervision of Dr. Rudra Nayan Das, Department of Life Sciences, School of Natural Sciences, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence Deemed to be University, Delhi-NCR, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh-201314. About the project:

The work involves understanding the mechanisms of vasculopathies using zebrafish as a model system. The work will involve molecular cloning, microinjections, confocal microscopy, and zebrafish handling.

Essential and Desirable Qualifications

• The selection criteria are as per ANRF guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree in science / 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology
• Candidates with prior research experience at a life science laboratory will be preferred

Duration of the project:

Initially 12 Months (Temporary basis), which is extendable up to 36 months.

Stipend:

Fellowship is ?27,000/- p.m. plus HRA as per guidelines.
