Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence is looking to hire a candidate for its Economics and Finance Programme. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to join our fast-growing team!
A suitable candidate will have a have a strong program management experience in a student facing role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the ENF (Economics and Finance) program. This includes continuous liaising with stakeholders and maintaining records of essential documents, databases of students, alumni, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Act as SPOC of the program for intra-university communication and streamline processes relating to all administrative work for the programme.
- Assist in policy documentation.
- Work with students proactively to resolve concerns, implement rules and establish standardized practices; accountable for student experience in the program.
- Work extensively with Learning Management System (LMS) and other student and course-related ERP systems to manage the student life-cycle and program efficiently.
- Make program-related MIS reports as required. Periodic presentation to the stakeholders.
- Engage with faculty members for course scheduling and requirements.
- Work with the marketing and communications team on deliverables relating to brochures or publicity for the program.
- Assist with budgeting and other financial activities.
- Coordinate workshops, conferences and events organized by the department both within SNIoE and outside in other institutional environments.
Qualification, Skills & Competencies

- Postgraduate degree is preferable.
- Atleast 5 years of prior relevant experience managing academic programs preferable.
- Strong student engagement and management skills.
- Excellent multitasking, communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Google Docs.
- English language competence – oral and written.
- Experience in writing policy documents, marketing collaterals, and digital marketing will be added advantage.
