Roles & Responsibilities
- LMS Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring course materials are updated and accessible for students and faculty.
- Student Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for students, address queries, resolv issues, and provide support throughout their academic journey.
- Faculty Coordination: Work closely with faculty to ensure timely delivery of course content, address any challenges, and facilitate communication between instructors and students.
- Scheduling and Operations: Plan and manage the programs academic calendar, including course schedules, exams, and faculty meetings.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing program-related events, including webinars, workshops, and the graduation ceremony.
- Weekend Availability: Be available on weekends to manage ongoing classes, student concerns, and faculty needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from students and faculty to continually improve program delivery, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze program data, including student performance, engagement, and faculty feedback, to provide actionable insights. Make program related MIS report capturing the most important parameters. Periodic presentation to the stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the different stakeholders in the marketing activities and accountable for the outcome.
- Maintain the program related budget.
Qualification, Skills & Competencies
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies
- Well versed with MS Office and ERP Systems
- Excellent communication skills and possess positive personality. Be able to collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Should be flexible to work for extended working hours as & when required.
- Well versed with managing programs.
- Business development through online sales.
- Hands-on experience in preparing MIS reports.
- Knowledge of program related budgeting
- Strong student management skills
- Experience in Writing for marketing collaterals, digital marketing and CRM
