Role Title: Program coordinator
Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated Program coordinator at the level to manage our international University Connect programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and presentations, managing records, handling interactions with national and international dignitaries, and overseeing the logistics of various programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management, Planning & Execution of daily activities in the Office of Dean, International Programs.
- Respond to student queries, work on the concerns and act proactively to resolve. Will be accountable for student experience of the program.
- Managing the stakeholders and staying well connected with the faculty members for the proper functioning of the classes and other related activities
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence on behalf of the Dean
- Preparing Minutes of meetings, drafting letters and editing contents.
- Periodically prepare MIS report.
- Work closely with academic departments to coordinate and execute various programs and initiatives led by the Dean.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-5 years of experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Some experience in program management, preferably within an international context will be an advantage.
- Should be well versed with working on MS office and other software tools to maintain and track the data and other activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Should be flexible to work for extended working hours as when required.
- Maintain good relationship with both Internal and External stakeholders.
- Should be able to work with diversity in international programs
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a professional approach to handling interactions with foreign dignitaries
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
