Role and Responsibilities:
1.    Programme Management & Dean's Office Coordination
a.    Lead planning and execution of key academic and strategic SoE initiatives; act as liaison between the Dean's Office, HoDs, faculty, and students.
b.    Oversee calendar management, faculty selections, grade moderation, class committees, and cross-departmental process enablement.
c.    Organise and track BoS/AC communications, service role distributions, and academic policy documentation.
2.    Curriculum, Faculty & Student Support
a.    Manage undergraduate engineering curriculum revision — coordinating inputs, documentation, and progress tracking across departments.
b.    Support faculty hiring, feedback frameworks, and academic policy refinements.
c.    Track and resolve student academic issues from council meetings; coordinate policy changes on attendance, grading, and timetable conflicts.
3.    Budget & Data Management
a.    Consolidate the annual SoE budget across the Dean's Office, and other departments; conduct variance analysis.
b.    Develop and maintain institutional databases for faculty publications, teaching load, and student enrolment.
c.    Consolidate strategic metrics across placements, research, and faculty performance for leadership reporting.
4.    Additional Responsibilities – Dean's Office
a.    Benchmark best practices and translate them into actionable academic processes for SoE.
b.    Support policy alignment at the university level and contribute to NAAC/accreditation data as required.
c.    Handle other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager or appropriate authority from time to time.

Qualification and Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with post graduation in management or relevant field.

Required Competency / key skills: 
1.    Strong academic programme management and institutional coordination skills.
2.    Experience in budget consolidation, variance analysis, and data-driven reporting.
3.    Good understanding of curriculum development, accreditation, and academic governance.
4.    Excellent stakeholder management with faculty, students, HoDs, and the Dean's Office.
5.    Strong analytical, documentation, and strategic communication abilities.
6.    Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks and coordinate across departments.
7.    Excellent Communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
8.    Proficiency in MS office
