Post Doctoral Research Fellow

Applications are invited for the position of Post Doctoral Research Fellow with Prof. Samarendra Pratap Singh to work on a project to develop Flexible and Eco-friendly organic and organic-inorganic hybrid material-based sensors and integrated optoelectronic device platforms suitable for a range of applications, including Wearable Medical Technologies, Precision Agriculture, Advanced Image Sensors, and Wireless communications at the Department of Physics, School of Natural Sciences, Shiv Nadar University, Gautam Buddha Nagar (U.P.), INDIA.

Essential qualification: Ph.D. in Physics/Materials Science/Applied Physics OR having 3 years of research and development experience after M.E./M.Tech. (Materials Science/Electrical Engineering/Applied Physics) with good publication records in the Science Citation Index (SCI) journals.

Desirable: Candidate should be GATE/NET qualified or with any equivalent fellowship. Experience in the fabrication and characterization of semiconductor devices will be preferred.

Duration of Project: One year (Extendable for one more year, depending on the satisfactory performance of the post-doctoral research fellow).
