POSITION: Manager (Training and Development)
The purpose of this role is to identify training need analysis & create program content for the undergraduate students.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & deliver the program ensuring Employability readiness.
- Plan & deliver interventions based on research, latest employment trends, skill demands, and industry requirements.
- Provide learners with knowledge about the job market, industry trends & requirements for Engineering & Management students.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs by using assessment tools, role plays & evaluation methods.
- Complete Understanding of required Skills including Job search, interview Preparation & new age assessment tools.
- Ability to develop the training content for program delivery.
- Organize mock interviews to simulate real-world job interview situations.
- Build relationships with employers to create job placement opportunities and internships.
- Conduct workshops on employability skills such as interview techniques, career planning, and confidence building.
- Maintain records of learners' attendance, progress, and outcomes.
Qualification and Experience
- Postgraduate / Graduate with training experience in Corporate L&D.
- Certified through National, International certifying bodies i.e. KPMG, ISTD, Dale Carnegie, British Council or equivalent with relevant experience of identifying training need analysis, capable of delivering training & development programs primarily in Employability readiness.
- Experience in content creation is a must.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
