 Essential Qualification 

Graduate/Post Graduate in Management/Economics/Liberal Arts/Psychology or any Non-Engineering stream from Tier-1/2 college with prior experience in corporate or educational institution.
Expertise in relevant training content creation.
Certifications in Soft Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Career Coaching, Communication, NLP or Employability Skills would be an advantage.
Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or industry professional in IT domain and exposure of conducting freshers interview will be an advantage.

Role & responsibilities 

Customise course wise training content based on research, latest employment trends, skill demands, and industry requirements.
Deliver structured training for non-engineering students across UG/PG programmes on communication, verbal ability, employability and workplace readiness.
Facilitate mock interviews, GDs, presentations, role plays and recruitment simulations.
Conduct workshops on essential career tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Productivity Suites, Collaboration Tools, and other job-ready applications.
Integrate communication, presentation, and professional skills within technical training modules.
Measure learner feedback, participation and learning outcomes and continuously improve delivery methodology.
Mentor students on employability gaps, professional communication, confidence and placement preparation.
Understand current hiring trends, job descriptions and employer expectations and incorporate them into training.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of latest technologies, such as: Data analytics tools, AI tools
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong facilitation, presentation and classroom-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
