Junior Research Fellowship in DBT Project

Applications are invited for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in the DBT Project file no. BT/PR31156/MED/30/2019, entitled “Structural and functional characterization of human CHST11 and CHST13 sulfotransferases involved in the regulation of Metastasis and Chemosensitivity of human Hepatocellular Carcinoma” in the Department of Life Sciences, School of Natural Sciences, Shiv Nadar Institution of Eminence (SNIoE), Deemed to be University, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201314.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in life sciences with CSIR/NET/DBT/INSPIRE/GATE or equivalent exam cleared. Minimum 60% marks in a Master's or equivalent degree. The candidate would be selected as an SRF if they have 2 or more years of relevant experience and a Master's degree.

Desirable: Prior experience with cloning, protein expression, and purification from both bacterial and mammalian systems is required.

No. of Positions: 1 (one)

Emoluments: INR 31,000 /- plus 9 % HRA (Total- INR 33,790/month) for JRF and INR 37,000/- plus 9 % HRA (Total- INR 39,960/month) for SRF.

Duration: Till March 2027
