Essential Qualification

Graduate in any stream.

Desired Qualification

Master’s degree in any discipline. Exposure to data analytics tools preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of ERP, LMS, and SIS platforms including user access and troubleshooting.
  • Provide training and support to faculty and students in educational technologies.
  • Collect, validate, and maintain student and academic records across systems.
  • Generate attendance, enrollment, and performance reports for academic review.
  • Support integration of feedback systems into ERP/SIS for curriculum improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT, Registrar, and Quality Assurance offices to ensure data consistency.
  • Document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases/user guides.

Key Skills (Mandatory)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ERP, LMS, SIS, and other educational technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Skills (Desired but Optional)

  • Knowledge of SQL or database queries
  • Experience with online exam platforms, e-portfolios, or digital credentialing tools
  • Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Comfort with emerging education technologies (AI tutors, adaptive learning platforms)
