Essential Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
Desired Qualification
Master’s degree in any discipline. Exposure to data analytics tools preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of ERP, LMS, and SIS platforms including user access and troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to faculty and students in educational technologies.
- Collect, validate, and maintain student and academic records across systems.
- Generate attendance, enrollment, and performance reports for academic review.
- Support integration of feedback systems into ERP/SIS for curriculum improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, Registrar, and Quality Assurance offices to ensure data consistency.
- Document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases/user guides.
Key Skills (Mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent data entry, reporting, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP, LMS, SIS, and other educational technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Key Skills (Desired but Optional)
- Knowledge of SQL or database queries
- Experience with online exam platforms, e-portfolios, or digital credentialing tools
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Comfort with emerging education technologies (AI tutors, adaptive learning platforms)
