Role & responsibilities

  1. Customise training content based on research, latest employment trends, skill demands, and industry requirements.

  2. Develop the training content for program delivery.

  3. Build relationships with employers to create job placement opportunities and internships.

  4. Train students in problem-solving, and job-specific competencies based on market requirements.

  5. Conduct mock interviews to simulate real-world job interview situations, provide one-on-one mentoring to students.

  6. Conduct workshops on employability skills such as interview techniques, career planning, and confidence building.

  7. Complete Understanding of required Skills including Job search, interview Preparation & new age assessment tools like ATS, AI powered platforms,

  8. Tracking learners' attendance, progress, and outcomes.

 

Skills and Qualification:

  1. Postgraduate /Graduate with prior L&D experience in educational institution/corporate.

  2. Experience in content creation is mandatory.

  3. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with AI tools.

  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

  5. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

  6. Certified through National, International certifying bodies i.e. KPMG, ISTD, Dale Carnegie, British Council or equivalent with relevant experience of identifying training need analysis, capable of delivering training & development programs primarily in Employability readiness is desired .
