Role & responsibilities

  1. Customise training content based on research, latest employment trends, skill demands, and industry requirements

  2. Deliver high-quality training sessions on current and emerging technologies relevant to engineering, management, and interdisciplinary domains.

  3. Ability to develop the training content for program delivery.

  4. Conduct workshops on essential career tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Productivity Suites, Collaboration Tools, and other job-ready applications.

  5. Integrate communication, presentation, and professional skills within technical training modules

  6. Train students in technical foundations, problem-solving, and job-specific competencies based on market requirements.

  7. Conduct mock interviews to simulate real-world job interview situations, provide one-on-one mentoring to students.

 

Skills and Qualification:

  1. Postgraduate /Graduate with prior L&D experience in educational institution/corporate.

  2. Experience in content creation is mandatory.

  3. Knowledge of latest technologies, such as: Data analytics tools, Programming (Python/Java/SQL), and AI tools

  4. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills

  6. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills

  7. Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or industry professional
