Deputy Manager - Admissions Outreach

Roles & Responsibilities

• Address a large audience and educate them about the University and its offerings.
• Interact with senior leaders like principals, directors, CEOs, and founders of the premier schools in India and Abroad.
• Build connections and nurturing the relationship with counselors and principals with A+ category schools in India and abroad.
• Organize open days, webinars, education fairs, workshops, school seminars, and other outreach events for prospective students, teachers, counselors, and principals.
• Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders such as faculty, academic leadership, and non-teaching staff at the University for smooth functioning.
• Create and execute end-to-end outreach activities.
• Manage phone and email communication with prospective students and parents and counsel them on their careers

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience
• Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream/ MBA Preferred
• Ability to think independently
• Process-centric approach,
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment,
• Attention to detail, Energetic and Enthusiastic
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
• Open to extensive travel
