Experience Range (Yrs.)
Min 3-5 Years of coaching experience preferably at State or National camps, reputed Table Tennis academies, University, college or school teams.
Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science / equivalent
- NIS Diploma / SAI certification in Athletics Coaching
- Minimum 3–5 years of coaching experience at school / college / university level
- Proven record of training athletes in track & field events
- Effective communication skills (English and Hindi)
Desired Qualification
- Master’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Management.
- Prior experience coaching at school / university / district / state level
- Exposure to strength & conditioning programs, sports science integration
- Knowledge of first aid and sports injury management
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs for athletics (track & field)
- Identify, nurture, and develop student-athlete talent
- Plan and supervise practice sessions, drills, and conditioning
- Ensure athlete participation in inter-university and state / national competitions
- Collaborate with faculty, physiotherapists, and strength trainers
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and holistic development of athletes
- Track performance metrics and submit progress reports
