Experience Range (Yrs.)

Min 3-5 Years of coaching experience preferably at State or National camps, reputed Table Tennis academies, University, college or school teams.

Essential Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science / equivalent
  • NIS Diploma / SAI certification in Athletics Coaching
  • Minimum 3–5 years of coaching experience at school / college / university level
  • Proven record of training athletes in track & field events
  • Effective communication skills (English and Hindi)

Desired Qualification

  1. Master’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Management.
  2. Prior experience coaching at school / university / district / state level
  3. Exposure to strength & conditioning programs, sports science integration
  4. Knowledge of first aid and sports injury management

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement training programs for athletics (track & field)
  2. Identify, nurture, and develop student-athlete talent
  3. Plan and supervise practice sessions, drills, and conditioning
  4. Ensure athlete participation in inter-university and state / national competitions
  5. Collaborate with faculty, physiotherapists, and strength trainers
  6. Maintain discipline, motivation, and holistic development of athletes
  7. Track performance metrics and submit progress reports

  6. Experience in coaching and mentoring women athletes, with sensitivity to their specific physical, psychological, and social needs in a competitive sports environment

  2. Knowledge of athlete nutrition, recovery, and psychological readiness
  3. Data-driven training analysis and video-based feedback
  4. Sports psychology knowledge
  5. Networking with Universities, AFI, selectors, and event organizers
