Himashu Saxena is the founder & CEO of Center of Strategic Mindset (COSM ™), a C-Level Thought Leadership & Consulting organization, focused on managing strategy; driving execution; developing top leadership and executive coaching. He is a Senior Fellow at Tuck Business School, Dartmouth University, to teach ‘Building Strategic Mindsets’.
Raj Sisodia is one of the thought leaders of the Conscious Capitalism movement globally. His book Firms of Endearment: How World Class Companies Profit from Passion and Purpose is considered a foundational work in explaining the precepts and performance implications of pursuing a conscious approach to business.
Simant Dube, a Ramanujan Fellow currently associated with IIT-Kanpur has research interests in Image and Video Processing, Vision, Pattern Recognition, Fractal Geometry. He aims to work on solving problems that are of relevance to 21st century and to India along with teaching Image Processing and Computer Vision at IIT-K.
Makarand “Chips” Chipalkatti was till recently Senior Director, Solid State Lighting (SSL) and Emerging Market Initiatives for OSRAM in North America. He continues to play a role as mentor for early stage companies and students of entrepreneurship and innovation. Chips received a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Eng. from Univ. of Massachusetts and a B.Tech Chem. Eng. from IIT Bombay.
Srikant M. Datar
Srikant M. Datar is the Arthur Lowes Dickinson Professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University since July 1996, and he previously served as a professor at Stanford University. He is the leading global thought leader on Design Thinking which he teaches at Harvard Business School and is mentoring at the SME.
Rabikar Chatterjee is Associate Dean for Masters and Executive Programs and the Gulf Oil Foundation Professor of Business at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. He has served on the faculties of the University of Michigan’s Business School and Purdue University's Krannert Graduate School of Management.
Takashi Sakikawa, Professor of Organizational Behaviour at Niigata University, Japan. Prof. Sakikawa is a well-known scholar and researcher in the field of OB and is the author of the Japanese book Organizational Culture and Innovation (1998) and Transforming Japanese Workplaces.
