Executive Summary
Teaching and research have been both a personal and professional passion for me. My teaching philosophy is to cultivate the mission of “Atma Deepa Bhava”, to be your own light, in my students. My international collaborative research projects provide me an innovative knowledge, which I share with students in my lectures. With the right knowledge, students seek the right question, raise problem statements, learn to introspect deeply about the causalities and discuss their possible solutions. As a part of usual teaching in HRM and OB areas, I have been encouraging and supervising students to write research papers for international conference presentations and publications. Several papers authored by my MBA students were selected in the 2nd International Academic conference organized by Nepal Academy of Management at Kathmandu, 10th AIMS International Conference at IIM Bangalore, and in the 42nd International Conference of IFTDO in New Delhi in 2012. I am in the editorial board of seven academic journals published from IGI Global USA, Bucharest University, International Academy of Business Disciplines, USA and SCMHRD, Pune. I have been also reviewing papers for Academy of Management, Asia Academy of Management, India Academy of Management, Association of Japanese Business Studies, and International Academy of Business Disciplines from 2011.

My favorite pass time is listening to Rabindra Sangeet, music of Salil Chowdhury, Manna Dey , Shyamal Mitra and to have a good time.
